    Better2gether 🤲 is a proprietary, comprehensive collaboration program with tenants, developed by the manager and owner of shopping centers, Apsys Polska. In 2023, it was implemented in 14 shopping centers from the Apsys portfolio and included nearly 1,400 tenants in centers located throughout Poland. What did it bring? A score of over 4.50 (on a 5-point scale) from tenants for the management offices of centers managed by Apsys Polska in the Tenant Satisfaction Survey. Almost 40 activities organized for center tenants and their employees (including competitions, training sessions, and special events). Over 40,000 messages exchanged between tenants and center management teams via the proprietary communication platform Trackeo. Better2gether provides real support for the businesses of tenants and shopping center owners. Starting with building community and atmosphere among employees, the program enhances tenant qualifications and the quality of their services, ultimately delivering the best customer service and customer experience for shopping center visitors.

    ▪ The At Your Service programme standardizes the quality of customer service across the company's entire management portfolio. ▪ The program, introduced in 2018, functions as an annual audit, during which more than 60 services and amenities offered by the center are evaluated based on a comprehensive, regularly updated survey. These are categorized into six groups: Shopping Center Attractiveness, Customer Information, For Motorists, For a Wide Range of Customers, For Families with Children, Shopping Conveniences. ▪ Each category includes "must-have" factors that every center must meet. ▪ To ensure the reliability of the assessment and its relevance to the needs of each center, regardless of its age or size, each property is assigned to one of three categories: comfort, premium, or gold. The classification primarily depends on the breadth of the dining and entertainment offerings and the diversity of the customer experience provided. ▪ The research component, conducted by an external entity—a specialized and experienced company—ensures the objectivity of the process and is the foundation of the At Your Service programme. Additionally, each study includes centers managed by entities other than Apsys, allowing the survey results to be compared with market benchmarks. ▪ Specific KPIs related to the program are defined each year, which continuously improves the quality of customer service in the centers and motivates management teams to pursue ongoing development and creativity.

    The activities of Apsys Polska primarily involve tailor-made activities and projects aligned with the company's mission: "Enhance the city by developing unique places that make everyone’s life more beautiful" Therefore, respect for the tradition and history of a place is very important to Apsys. A great example of this approach is the #RYBNICZANIE campaign conducted by Focus Park in Rybnik. The shopping center, established on the site of the former local brewery with a long tradition, recalls the history of this place and the roots of the city through the long-term #RYBNICZANIE campaign. In carefully prepared materials, residents of Rybnik and media personalities tell the story of the brewery in an extraordinary way. The campaign is under the patronage of the city's mayor. Although the campaign concerns the history and identity of the place, it has been prepared in a dynamic and surprising manner. The street survey "Where to the brewery, Rybnikers?" fronted by Mateusz Banaszkiewicz, known from Kabaret Młodych Panów, a teaser large-format campaign, and dedicated activities on social media, as well as the opening of the Brewery Mini-Museum in the center, intrigued residents and prompted interaction. As part of the campaign, exhibitions, meetings with well-known Rybnik residents, and guided tours of the city are organized. All activities were selected to reach the largest and most diverse group of recipients. The culmination of the campaign will be a mural, which will be created on one of the walls of downtown tenements this fall. Focus Park is owned by Union Investment Real Estate.     In the Riviera Centre in Gdynia, managed by Apsys Polska, the first stationary Żywiec Męskie Granie Pop Up Store in Poland has been established. 🎵 🎶 This is a space where the center's customers and festival enthusiasts can find not only limited edition gadgets, artist collections, and clothing related to Żywiec Męskie Granie. It is also a place where meetings with artists, acoustic live acts and competitions with prizes will be held.   The store will be open until the end of August. The Riviera Centre is owned by Union Investment Real Estate GmbH
