HEC, PBC Sign MoU to Uplift Quality of Legal Education The Pakistan Bar Council (PBC) through its Directorate of Legal Education (DLE) and HEC Pakistan signed an MoU today to streamline efforts to uplift the standard and quality of legal education in the country. The signing ceremony was attended by the Federal Minister for Law & Justice Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar and Chairman HEC Dr Mukhtar Ahmed. Members of PBC including Syed Amjad Shah, Mr. Hassan Raza Pasha, Mr. Haroon Rashid, Director (DLE) Barrister Usama Malik and Director (Admn./Litigation) HEC Mr. Tariq Iqbal were also present at the occasion. The MoU was signed by Prof. Dr. Anwar Gilani, Consultant (Quality Assurance) HEC and Barrister Usama Malik. It aims to enhance collaboration to revamp the syllabus and quality of LLB graduates in Pakistan along with promoting training of Law faculty members in the country. Under the MoU, both HEC and PBC have undertaken to strictly implement the quality assurance criteria in legal education institutions. The Inspire Institute of Sport - Spread over 42 acres in Karnataka, offering a sprawling, dedicated space for athletes. Facilities Include: -42,000 sq. ft Sports Combat Hall: Catering to Boxing, Judo, and Wrestling. -16,000 sq. ft Strength and Conditioning Centre -Player Hostels with 156 rooms -Athletics Track -Sports Science Lab The entire facility, costing over 1 Billion INR ($11.9m), was funded by JSW and private partners. The results speak for themselves: -3 Olympic Medals -29 World Championships -26 Asian Games Medals -18 Commonwealth Medals If this isn't a monumental service to the nation, then what is? The Jindals and JSW have not only built a facility but a complete institute that channels CSR funds from around the country, laying the foundation for India's sporting future. The Inspire Institute of Sport is more than just a training center; it is a beacon of hope and excellence for aspiring athletes across the nation.
