MARS Healthcare Network is looking for a fresh talent for the position of ‘QA Officer’.  Duties & Responsibilities:  · Perform all quality assurance (QA) reviews on medical reports, such as Study QA and Report QA to ensure high quality medical reports are produced.   · Drive and manage Peer Review logs to ensure quality peer reviews of the reports by the radiologists daily.   · Maintain a daily QA log to capture details of all QA reviews performed on medical reports to ensure all documentation is filed properly for audit trail purposes.   · Participate in the development and timely update/revision of QA documents, work instructions, SOP, and templates relating to the QA department.   · Check preliminary reports for all high and low intensity errors to ensure finalized report meets the quality benchmark.   · Work closely with the chief radiologist to review double read logs and provide timely feedback to the primary radiologist to ensure quality reporting   · Take an active role in QA training, and quality improvement initiatives to improve QA processes and procedures to reduce medical and report QA errors.  Key Requirements:  · BS in Radiology from a reputable institute.   · Experience in radiology department of a hospital is highly preferred   · Flexible to work in different shifts   · Strong computer skills and good typing skills of an average of 40 WPM is a must   · Quick learner to adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities during the shift.   · Strong problem solving, verbal and written communication, multi-tasking abilities, and interpersonal skills.  Interested candidates may email their resume at 𝐡𝐫@𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤.𝐜𝐨𝐦 Location: Karachi, Pakistan.

Job Description: -Collaborate with the team and management to identify credentialing needs and requirements. -Collect, review, and verify all relevant documents and credentials including licenses, certifications, and education. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date credentialing records and databases. -Conduct thorough background checks, including reference checks, to verify the professional history and integrity of healthcare providers. -Ensure compliance with all relevant accreditation and regulatory standards, including NCQA, CMS, and state-specific requirements. -Manage the recredentialing process and regularly assess the ongoing competence of healthcare providers. -Collaborate with external organizations and insurance providers to ensure seamless reimbursement and compliance. -Keep abreast of changes in industry regulations and standards, and adjust credentialing processes accordingly. Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Key Responsibilities: -Develop innovative solutions for internal and client-facing hosted applications as they transition to cloud environments like AWS and GCP. -Design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot VMware, Windows platforms, and Kubernetes containers. -Take charge of upgrades, troubleshooting, capacity planning, security enhancements, and performance tuning for our cloud infrastructure. -Proactively anticipate, identify, mitigate, and resolve issues related to client-facing infrastructure. -Monitor, analyze, and predict trends in system performance, capacity, efficiency, and reliability. Responsibilities: -Responsible to manage case routing w.r.t priority, modality expertise, physician schedule and case volume. -Responsible for answering all incoming calls, email requests and complaints from physicians and clients. -Monitor work-lists on designated software to ensure TAT requirements are satisfied through proactive approach and prompt response. -Assume complete responsibility for daily work-list and timely delivery of reports to ensure the satisfied quality of deliverables. -Perform regular checks on pending tasks including opened tickets and completing the shift tasks timely for a smooth handover.
