HIRING NOW | SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALITST (Full-Time) We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The candidate will be tasked with managing our social media platforms, focusing on both B2B and B2C segments. This role requires a unique blend of expertise in finance and cryptocurrencies, along with the ability to create impactful content and strategies tailored to a diverse audience base. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Social Media Management: Oversee all company social media accounts including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement activities - Content Development: Craft unique and engaging content tailored to our audience, enhancing brand presence and message across various social channels - Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to gauge success and areas for improvement - Strategy Development: Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to increase brand visibility, improve marketing efforts, and achieve business goals - Engagement Handling: Manage day-to-day interactions with clients on social platforms, ensuring high levels of customer service and engagement - Campaign Management: Design and implement social media campaigns specifically tailored to the needs of both B2B and B2C segments, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies - Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message KEY REQUIREMENTS - Experience: Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns. Prior experience in finance and cryptocurrencies preferred. - Communication Skills: Exemplary written and spoken communication skills. - Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of social media analytics to develop insights and action-based strategies. - Creativity: High level of creativity to continuously produce innovative content that resonates with target audiences. - Flexibility: Ability to adapt strategies and content based on analytics and changing market conditions. - Call Handling: Availability to handle calls as needed, though these instances are rare. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the finance sector. - Demonstrable experience with B2B and B2C social media marketing. - Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools. - Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
