In celebration of World Day Against Child Labor, we had the privilege of hosting Kiran Foundation Official 's young ambassadors for a "Wow Talk" with our chairman. This inspiring session allowed these young leaders to engage with a visionary in the textile industry, gaining insights into leadership, innovation, and the dedication behind our global success. At Artistic Milliners, we share Kiran Foundations commitment to children's well-being. We strictly comply with national and international child labor laws and hold certifications from Sedex Fair Trade USA, Better Work, and SA8000. These certifications affirm our dedication to ensuring child safety and advocating for their rights. We believe that every child deserves to grow up in a safe, supportive environment. The Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) has approved Artistic Milliners's acquisition of Tenaga Generasi Limited (TGL), an independent power producer with a 49.5 MW wind power plant. TGL, originally a Malaysian company, was incorporated in Pakistan in 2004 and later acquired by Dawood Lawrencepur Limited (DLL) in 2008. The CCP's assessment identified TGL’s market share at under 3%, with Artistic Milliners' subsidiaries holding 5.38%. Post-acquisition, Artistic Milliners’ market share will rise to 8%.
