raap: research as a phext

Here's the world's first raap - research as a phext! There are two powershell scripts that you can extract from it: extract.ps1 and phexty.ps1.

• extract.ps1: Self-extracting powershell script that will grab both scripts for you, from this phext.To use: manually create a copy (), then run it on this phext.
• phexty.ps1: run this to generate your research coordinate

Example: > ./extract.ps1 raap.phext -force
Wrote 63 lines to extract.ps1.
Wrote 275 lines to phexty.ps1.
