Allow the wikis to configure which pages in the template namespace should not be included in the VE results.
**Benefits** (why should this be implemented?):
- Reduced risk of users adding templates designed not to be added in articles (as well as other pages edited in VE)
Allow the wikis to have a Mediawiki: page to configure which common subpages should not be included in the VE results, and optionally have a magic word that can be included in non commonly named subpages. - The search result list would be more useful - it would not give useless suggestions
