This tag is for tasks that the Growth-Team planned to ship but had to delay for some reason. These constraints could include, but are not limited to, not enough time (or too much scope), shifting priorities, or changing plans to match new lessons learned during implementation. Generally speaking, these tasks represent "design debt" for the Growth Team, and should (usually) be smaller and less difficult in nature, something a dev could pick up when they have some extra time but don't want to context-switch too heavily. The theory is that, by organizing these tasks more clearly, the devs will spend less time looking for small work to do and the "leftover" tasks from a recently-shipped product will not be abandoned.
As this tag was created with design-oriented tasks in mind, @RHo (with @MMiller_WMF 's help) is the steward for tasks that receive the tag.
