Hello @komla - Apologies for the delay in answering here, but I've just discovered this task. My bot was migrated to the toolforge-jobs framework last year. IIRC, the only grid engine task that remained was a weekly logrotate one, which is now being handled via toolforge-jobs as well (see dashboard). Adding messages for wikis in the creation queue is now an automated task done by the Gerrit maintenance bot (see e.g. 11e2115f3aec). I'm not sure if there's an easy way to check for missing Wikimedia project names, and have them added.
I think this got resolved by b5ae1af.
Boldly closing as resolved since the above patch got merged.
On the other hand, and since OAuth consumers "not for self-consumption" need to be approved before anyone can use them, user doesn't look so risky.
Would it be possible to implement this without adding a new user right, please? User rights should not be used to revoke permissions.
