Any thought to having the abuse filter log entry go through a "sanitizer" before it is displayed, so that only the fields the reader is entitled to see are shown?

Even with T67258, I think code should be able to ask "Am I at or over the limit right now, yes or no."

I'm inclined to agree with DannyS712 and others that this proposal can't be done because the risk of a non-administrator manipulating the blocks.
