After typing some stuff in, I was able to click my username and lose all five minutes of my hard work.
At the very least, the page could do something like https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/window.onbeforeunload but perhaps even better would be to store the in-progress work in localstorage (I think stackoverflow does this)
