Assigning to Asher. As far as I know, he's the only one doing large database schema changes like this at the Wikimedia Foundation currently. Though I think there may be a new Wikimedia Foundation DBA?
I think some of these might fall into Sean's lap with guidance from Asher, so I'm going to reset assignee for now.
We (Sean, Asher, and I) just had a prioritization meeting yesterday for all schema changes, you can see the list of them (and sort by priority/whatever) here: http://ur1.ca/eldh1 (shorted long bugzilla url, for prosperity, it is just a list of all bugs that block bug 49188).
Also, I just realized I forgot to do one thing during that meeting, which was to mark this bug as a duplicate of bug 49189 (they're they same request, I was just blindly copying from the old Schema Changes wikitech page).
