Steps to replicate the issue:

• Create an article with a multi-language SVG as page image and define the language you want to display in the parameters (example: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ventil with image https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Globe_valve_diagram.svg)
• Link to that page from another article
• Check the preview for that link

What happens?:

• The preview will ignore the language setting and render the image with English labels instead:

What should have happened instead?:

• The preview should show the same language as the article
