Background/Goal

In order to complete our APP SDS 2.1 KR that enables product teams to run basic A/B split tests on logged in users, we need to release Metrics Platforms "experimentation lab" as an alpha experiment.

Description

Now that T371928: MPIC: Style and UX review is complete, we will implement the changes based on prioritization and developer available time. These enhancements will also be informed by T373907: MPIC: Improve application copy

Acceptance Criteria

subtasks are prioritized for inclusion in alpha release
all highest priority tasks are completed and pass design validation
remaining tasks are clearly documented for inclusion in future releases
