Background
As per current processes, certain incidents that are considered emergencies need to be routed to the Trust & Safety staff team so that they can be dealt with immediately.
User Story 1
As a TSP team member, I want to collect data on incident reports by type (e.g., harassment, vandalism, misinformation) so that I can identify trends and focus on key areas.
User Story 2
As a TSP team member, I want to collect data on the number of incident reports submitted by users, so that I can understand reporting patterns and identify any misuse of the system.

As a TSP team member, I want to analyze the ratio of emergency to non-emergency reports, so that I can understand how the system is used

As a TSP team member, I want all incident reports to be securely stored in our own database, so that we can easily access, manage, and analyze the data in a centralized and controlled environment without relying on third-party systems and ensuring the privacy of sensitive information

As a TSP team member I want to be able to use the collected data to customize & automate reporting tools and workflows according to our specific needs

As a TSP team member, I want to ensure that all collected data complies with relevant data privacy and security regulations, so that we protect users’ information and comply with legal standards.

As a user I want to ensure my data is kept private and anonymous so that bad actors don't get a hold of it

As a user I want to know how my data will be used and why so that I ensure it is not used in an illegal way (basic GDPR)
