• Hover over the "Accepted (latest)" chip in the top right corner

What happens?:

• Tooltip displays
• Tooltip won't go away, even if you move cursor away from it, wait, etc.

What should have happened instead?:

• Tooltip displays
• Tooltip then goes away once cursor moves away
