Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

What happens?: There's an innecesary padding adding to all elements in the template.

body.skin--responsive .mw-parser-output .infobox th, body.skin--responsive .mw-parser-output .infobox td {padding: 7px 10px}

What should have happened instead?: No padding added by default.
