Goal: to investigate possible causes of extremely low observed survey initiation rates on hiwiki

Research questions:

1. Do low response rates generalize to other "South Asian" language projects?
2. Are low response rates specific to link-out surveys? (IE, do demographic surveys on Quicksurvey yield much higher responses)?
3. Are low response rates due in part to high bot traffic? (IE, do write-in responses yield similar completions/distributions as multiple choice)?
