Some services with complex configurations are hard to test locally since they are k8s services. Setup and document Minikube setup so it can be tested locally to boost confidence in production deployment.

Update: I've setup MinT on the Minikube and it seems working fine.
Next step: To test number of workers/CPUs variation and log results.
I found it useful to test some features but hard to do complex testing with our requirements.
Closing task as setup is done and will be used when we want specific settings to test for Mint/cxserver or other services.
