Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
What happens?:
The fonts "sans-serif", "Deja Vu Sans", and "Noto Sans" show a condensed font for font-stretch="condensed".
The font "Liberation Sans" does not show a condensed font even though "Liberation Sans Narrow" is available.
What should have happened instead?:
The font "Liberation Sans" with font-stretch="condensed" should use "Liberation Sans Narrow".
Software version (skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):
Other information (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.):
See T65206 which apparently added Deja Vu Sans Condensed
See the font list at https://noc.wikimedia.org/conf/fc-list and compare the lines for the different families.

and

Looks like Liberation Sans Narrow entries should declare two font families (Liberation Sans and Liberation Sans Narrow) and condensed styles. For example,
/usr/share/fonts/truetype/liberation/LiberationSansNarrow-Bold.ttf: Liberation Sans,Liberation Sans Narrow:style=Condensed Bold,Bold
