Creator's username duplicated in PageTriage's record for a page in the queue

Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

What happens?:

  • The username of the page creator is duplicated; first unlinked and then linked as part of userpage/talk/contribs link set.

What should have happened instead?:

  • Only have the username once in that line, probably the linked version of the username should be shown (or similar).
  • It seems likely that T351050 which intended to fix using a template incorrectly inadvertently caused this.

This is resolved in the codebase, but it is still waiting for deployment to the production wikis. It is expected to be live on enwiki by Thursday 18 January.
