It isn't obvious where this is used, but editing the above page needs a mediawiki interface admin.

Actually, it should be patched in the PageTriage repo, in i18n/en.json on line 36. PageTriage repo i18n/en.json line 36 is the upstream source that all the downstream MediaWiki namespace pages are populated from.
