Description

Background
We have set up [email protected] as the email address that should receive reports for the MTP release. However it doesn't seem to be working.

Steps to replicate the issue
Send email from external email address to [email protected]

What happens?
Email does not arrive.

What should have happened instead?
All members of the [email protected] mail group should receive the email.
