Background: This ticket is the parent task for improvements we can make to the Email Participants feature of Event Registration. While the #1 goal was to release the feature with MVP functionality so that organizers could contact their participants, there are improvements that we can make to the user experience and the information provided to both the organizers and participants so that the feature is more user-friendly.
