Enable MinT for closely-related languages based on community input

Description

Some languages lacking Machine Translation (MT) support may benefit from having access to the MT available for closely related languages. In T258919, MT was provided for some of these languages using Google and Yandex based on community input. Since MinT also supports those related languages, it makes sense to expose MinT for them in a similar way.

This ticket proposes to make the following adjustments:

  • On Serbo-Croatian (sh) Wikipedia enable Bosnian (bs/bos_Latn) MT with MinT (using NLLB-200)
  • On Wu (wuu) Wikipedia enable the Simplified script variant of Chinese (zh/zho_Hans) MT with MinT (using NLLB-200) (T199523)
  • On Gan (gan) Wikipedia enable the Traditional script variant of Chinese (zh/zho_Hant) MT with MinT (using NLLB-200)
  • On Belarusian Taraškievica (be-tarask) Enable Belarusian (be/bel_Cyrl) MT with MinT (using NLLB-200).
  • On Cantonese (zh-yue) Wikipedia no adjustments will be done since the community indicated that MT not in their specific variant was problematic (T333835)

These changes are similar to the way Simple English Wikipedia (T196354) had English MT is exposed.

Translating a Wikipedia article to Gan is not showing MinT as an option.
Based on this example link:
