For wiktionary projects using a very old icon we will likely use the new one. When we switch over default skins projects should feel free to update them.

@Sneha - if I use the existing icons we have for all of these projects, it looks like:

Looks good to me. It is a great start to have the new logos there. I assume some communities may want to change the letters on them but could be something the community decides later. It is better to have the logo in the new vector than no logo at all.
