Based on an analysis of machine translation service usage (T310773), several languages where identified where the other translation services different than the one available by default were used in Content Translation. Since users tend to often go with the defaults, this change may be an indicator of quality issues.

This ticket proposes to enable MinT for these languages. this will provide an additional option for users to try as an alternative. Based on future analysis of usage, we could determine which changes in the defaults are needed.
