Description

I'd love to disable Audit in Phabricator because spam on mirrored/already merged code changes, e.g. https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/rMEXTf658c3375869df408ee035574313c1e3f30c77d5

This requires the fix for https://we.phorge.it/T15129 which was merged in upstream on 2024-02-12 which we deployed downstream on 2024-07-16.

Uninstall in the UI via https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/applications/view/PhabricatorAuditApplication/
Remove from default settings (via patch in GitLab): https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/repos/phabricator/deployment/-/merge_requests/48
Check that "Local Config" at https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/config/edit/phabricator.uninstalled-applications/ reflects this
