Currently screen readers do read "empty" for nearby markers, because they do not have a title.

Also when the popup opens the screen reader does not say anything. Only when focusing the title again it is being read.

Open questions:

• Should the marker title already contain the title of the popup or say something like "nearby marker"?
• Should the screen reader start reading the popup when it appears?
