Make VueTest work on mobile view

Description

The Vue app on Special:VueTest (and Special:VueTest/codex) never initializes in mobile mode. This is critical for testing Codex components in the context of MinervaNeue.

Acceptance criteria

  • Special:VueTest (and the Codex sandbox) work on mobile
