Enable the <mapframe> tag on the wikis not yet using the feature.

hu.wikipedia.org: Hungarian Wikipedia
pl.wikipedia.org: Polish Wikipedia
sq.wikipedia.org: Albanian Wikipedia
zh-classical.wikipedia.org: Classical Chinese language Wikipedia
