Story

As a volunteer who is comfortable reading and writing in Arabic, I want to be able to see Topic Containers on talk pages that discussions written in Arabic, so that I can evaluate the prototype in an environment that closely resembles the language, project, and culture I am most likely to encounter it within (read: ar.wiki).

Done

The Topic Container patchdemo prototype is populated with examples of User:Talk, Article:Talk, and Wikipedia:Talk pages that contain discussions written in Arabic.

I've started a basic talk page at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Sample_discussion Once it seems like it covers everything we need, then we can translate it. The extracted copies (in whole or in part) can be pasted anywhere we want to test.

Per the conversation @Whatamidoing-WMF had on 10 March, while mw:Help:Sample discussion will be a great resource for people curious to see and try DiscussionTools features, for this CentralNotice campaign, we are going to populate the prototype with user and article talk pages borrowed from ar.wiki.
