Description

Untranslated CentralNotice banners get unnecessarily converted by the language converter. You can see an example here:

In this screenshot, the banned is written in English: "Create awareness on sport and gender equality" and so on, but it's converter to Cyrillic Kazakh.

The ideal solution is probably to prevent the language conversion if the banner is not translated and the fallback language is used.
