Hi @ThatIPEditor, thanks for taking the time to report this and welcome to Wikimedia Phabricator! What and where is "Hypixel SkyBlock Wiki"? Who is "we"? I don't yet understand why this task was created in Wikimedia Phabricator and who to work on this, could you elaborate please?
Looks like it's this https://hypixel-skyblock.fandom.com/ as there is an admin on there with the same name
Wikilabels is a human computation service for Wikipedia, but this task does not seem to be about Wikipedia? It's unclear to me what exactly is requested here...

And also, " This page describes how to get ORES support for your favorite wiki(s) even outside the Wikimedia Foundation. " - ORES/Get support. I thought that this is the right place because of that.
And yeah, I asked the people over IRC and they said that this is the right place. weird
