Sorry I have missed your patch. It is superseeded by https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/wikimedia/portals/deploy/ /700835/ and I also made a few other patches to fix up the test suite which is never actually running the tests https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/q/bug:T285239

We are using wdio v5 now and the repo has switched to Nodejs 12 in CI.

Sorry I have missed this task and went to do the migration from Webdriver v4 to v5 as part of T285239. That was required in order to switch CI from NodeJS 10 to NodeJS 12.
