Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Visual Editor
  2. Navigate till "Page Options" and hit enter
  3. Navigate till "Categories" and hit enter
  4. Verify using accessibility insights tool

Actual Results:
Lookup menu and Category input textbox are not accessible.

Expected Results:
Lookup menu and Category input textbox must be accessible.
