Hi @Aklapper. I believe it can be archived, since the team did not end up working on it when I was on the team. However, before it's officially closed, I'm pinging @JWheeler-WMF, who is the current PM of Community Tech, to confirm whether or not it will be worked on. For context, Jack, Community Tech started conducting some research for this project in 2020, but the team pivoted to focus on Watchlist Expiry instead, so this project did not end up being focused on by the team.

I don't think there are plans for Community Tech to work on this. Either way, this task is an empty placeholder and seems redundant to T231698, so I'll close as a duplicate. Section-Name-Diff should probably be archived.
