Description

Migration Plan 1 T219145 cannot be done before we have more diskspace available to use as it might require around 175GB extra space until wb_terms is dropped.
Migration Plan 2 T220231 has a very costly risk (although risk potential is not clear) of getting us stuck in case performance degradation is noticed in production
