Description

I request being added as a co-maintainer of crosswatch. The tools admin link is https://tools.wmflabs.org/admin/tool/crosswatch
Following the Adoption policy:

The tool has been non-functional for 14 days, per https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T144083
Or, The current maintainer(s) have been inactive for 28 days, per https://tools.wmflabs.org/guc/?src=rc&by=date&user=Sitic

The current maintainer(s) have been notified on all of their:

I confirm that I have notified them all via email
All of this was done 14 (or more) days ago and there have been no objections

Please could the TFSC :

check the tool's home directory for obvious secret information, following the Adoption policy instructions

Hi @OriHoch, I've updated the task description with the other required parts of the process. Please do replace those "LINK" items with the links once you've completed each of them. Then after 14 days change the status from 'stalled' back to 'open'. - This is to make completely sure that all methods have been tried for contacting the existing maintainer(s), and there's always a possibility that you can convince them to return to help you with a little bit of advice if you ask nicely! Thanks.

@Quiddity I have recently posted on the talk pages and have updated links here. I have doubt whether the user have gone inactive as he has made only a total of 6 edits. He was last seen at te.wikipedia.org where he have linked his account. So my suggestion is to just ask him on the day before the request is being accepted, whether he is active or not.
