To give more context, the goal would be to enable archiving this discussion on Meta, where the license is a requirement.

One issue is that on telegram people often use copyrighted material, mainly for "stickers". So the proposal would be more like "license to the extent that the participant are in legal position to do so for what they post". And downstream, some filter should be applied when importing.

But before we are there, we need to get consensus from participants, as some participants raised concerns about such a move.
