"You made your <milestone> edit" notifications are a minor annoyance when you only get a limited number of them, such as at 1/10/100 edits. However every edit to a new wiki/language generates a nuisance "first edit" notification, potentially followed by subsequent milestones notifications. There appear to be over 800 wikis, putting the upper bound for these notifications in the thousands.

Either drop these useless notifications, or use the global edit count to properly limit them.
