Recently I got adminship on nl.wikinews.org. A steward gave me admin rights. In my preferences I have set (earlier) to get a notification when my user rights change. No notification was given in the Notifications bar.

The same with my bot getting bot right, no notification received.

Two months ago I received the notification that my bot got bot rights on that other wiki, so earlier I got a notification, now I did not get any.
