If a page has old interwiki links in it and is connected to a Wikidata item, but the target pages of those interwikis are not present in the WD current item, interwikidata.py should try to connect the interwiki target page(s) to the WD item.

There was recently a case when for bot-created articles in some WP having interwikis in pages, an user using petscan has mass-created WD items. I had to modify the scripts for such needs to "push" ignored interwikis from wiki to WD in order to avoid creating duplicated items as the interwiki target links did not had any interwikis in page sources and also were unconnected to WD.
