Special:SearchWiki is broken for existing Wikipedias

Description

Special:SearchWiki doesn't work anymore - clicking "Go" has no effect when Wikipedia project & an existing WP language is selected.

Also, when transcluding it on a page, all options from the drop-down menu (language) are shown below the box, before showing the Go button.
