1. Open a page with categories in NWE.
2. Scroll down to the categories.
3. Click on them.

Actual result: The dialog "Templates used on this page" is opened.
Expected: Nothing, the categories should be grayed out. Clicking on them in VE to open the category dialog makes sense, but not in NWE where this dialog isn't reachable.
