This is similar to T70358: Global user contributions: Support sorting results chronologically but not identical.

When I use GUC, I most frequently want to know where the person contributed recently. "Had a few things imported to dewiki once" or "Left a note on someone's talk page six years ago" doesn't help me.

I would like to be able to get contributions in the last 30 or 90 days only, or perhaps between two arbitrary dates.
