Description

Steps to reproduce:

Try editing something using wikitext editor

2, Now click on Edit to switch to VisualEditor

Click on "Keep changes"

When VE opens, observe that the word Editing from wikitext editor is prepending before the Article title and after saving the edit it still stays as a prefix to the article title

Maybe we can have the server parse the displayed title when we download page metadata.
