Has anyone else been getting this message a *lot* of late? Because this seems to happen to me several times a day, on both en-Wiki and Commons, if I'm not mistaken, and sometimes after only a few minutes. It's not a huge issue - you can just hit save again - but if it's as common for everyone as it is for me, it probably needs fixed.
