Description

Hi! Community of Ukrainian Wikipedia asks you to change the footer, adding a link to a page where reverse contacts.

It should be the right of the "Про Вікіпедію" add a link "Зворотній зв'язок". Links should refer to https://uk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Вікіпедія:Зворотній_зв'язок.
