I assume you mean that you are missing a Search button at the end of the listing?
The current solution is to press "/" in your keyboard.

This is not a solution for usability, casual users won't know all the shortcut magic.

I have no idea what this refers to as there are no steps to reproduce.
Advanced Search at http://fab.wmflabs.org/maniphest/query/advanced/ shows an "Execute Query" button at the end of the page. From what I currently understand, proposing INVALID (but I guess I miss something).

I think he's referring to the output page of the search (i.e. after doing an advanced search), and noting there is no "Execute Query" at the bottom of the output.

Hmm, but why would you want to have an "Execute Query" button on a results page at the end of the results, far away from the search inputs?
You get the same results when running that query with its parameters again, and if you want to change the parameters you have to scroll up anyway, and the last item before the results start is the "Execute Query" button.
I don't get it.

Closing for the time being as no information has been provided. Feel free to explain what the actual problem is you'd like to see it solved, and how to exactly reproduce it.
